Return & Exchange Policy
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging with the original receipt within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund or a replacement. No receipt? No receipt, no problem. If you do not have your receipt, you may return your purchase for an in–store credit at our lowest selling price during the previous 30 days. You will need to provide a valid form of identification to return an item without a receipt. Paid by check? If you paid by check we unfortunately cannot accept your return until the 15th day after the date of purchase. Refund of State Sales Tax In some states, sales tax is non-refundable without a receipt, or after a state-specified time period. If your purchase was made in one of these states the refund of any sales tax you paid will be in accordance with applicable state law. Products with Return Limitations
Batteries, starters and alternators will be accepted for return subject to failure verification through Auto Plus’ in-store testing.
Special Order merchandise will be accepted for return subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Products Not Accepted for Return
If the packaging has been opened or damaged, test equipment and specialty tools cannot be accepted for return.
Clearance merchandise.
Returns of generators & power equipment products are authorized by the manufacturers of these products. Manufacturer’s Warranty information is included with these items.
