Warranties
Goods sold are solely covered by the manufacturer’s warranties. AUTO PLUS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, STATUTORY, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Auto Plus shall in no event be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or repair, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, contract or otherwise arising from or connected in any way with the sale, distribution, or use of the goods sold hereunder.

     


Special Discounts
Every day of the week, our active and retired military customers can receive a 10%* discount at their local Auto Plus store. Just present a valid military or veteran ID to activate your savings.

Offer available on in-store purchases only. Armed Forces include US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Marine Corps, US Coast Guard, or the National Guard who are active, reserve, or retired.


Price Match Guarantee
Auto Plus will match the price of identical or comparable merchandise from any local competitor's store or website within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Guidelines:
    Product must be stocked as active inventory

    The competitor's price must be valid at the time of the price match request

    If the price match is approved, no other discounts can be applied

     

Redemption

    To qualify, the customer must present a copy of the local competitor's current advertisement, price listing, estimate, or invoice to any Auto Plus 
    associate. In addition, if the customer had previously purchased the merchandise, the customer must also present an Auto Plus receipt
    verifying the purchase. 

     

Exclusions
 
A 'Local' competitor must be located within the same market area or within a reasonable distance from the Auto Plus location where the price match would occur, as determined by the manager on duty.


    The policy does not extend to the following:

     Special Orders

     Outside Purchases

     Competitor's special offers including rebates, limited quantities, 'free with purchase' or ‘buy one get one’ offers where the regular retail price is not shown in the competitor's advertisement

     Typographical errors

     An online auction, wholesale, or online only stores

     Commercial sales

     Clearance, refurbished or open packages

     


Return Policy 

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product(s) you purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging with the original receipt within 90 days of the purchase date for a full refund or a replacement.

     

    No receipt?

     No receipt, no problem. If you do not have your receipt, you may return your purchase for an in–store credit at our lowest selling price during the previous 30 days. You will need to provide a valid form of identification to return an item without a receipt.

     

    Paid by check?

     If you paid by check, we unfortunately cannot accept your return until the 15th day after the date of purchase.

     

    Refund of State Sales Tax

    In some states, sales tax is non-refundable without a receipt, or after a state-specified time period. If your purchase was made in one of these states, the refund of any sales tax you paid will be in accordance with applicable state law.

     

    Products with Return Limitations

     Batteries, starters and alternators will be accepted for return subject to failure verification through Auto Plus’ in-store testing.

    Special Order merchandise will be accepted for return subject to a 20% restocking fee.

     

    Products Not Accepted for Return

     If the packaging has been opened or damaged, test equipment and specialty tools cannot be accepted for return.

     Clearance merchandise.

     Returns of generators & power equipment products are authorized by the manufacturers of these products. Manufacturer’s Warranty
    information is included with these items.
